ODM DEVELOPMENT
For ODM projects, we work from a reference product, physical sample, drawing or initial specification. We review the construction, materials, hardware and intended use, then develop and revise the sample before preparing it for bulk production.
OEM OR ODM?
If the product design, dimensions and materials are already confirmed, it can follow our OEM process. If the structure, materials, hardware or specifications still need to be developed or tested before sampling, it is handled as an ODM project.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
An AI image or written description can help explain the idea, but it is not enough by itself. We also need a clear reference or drawing and enough information to review the product and planned order.
Send a physical sample, product link, drawing or clear product reference. Also explain the dimensions, materials, hardware, intended use and the changes you want us to develop.
Tell us your development budget, estimated bulk order quantity and planned launch date. We use this information to decide whether the project and development schedule are workable.
DEVELOPMENT SCOPE
Based on the agreed project requirements, we review the construction, dimensions, materials, hardware, logo method and packaging. These details are confirmed through sampling and recorded for bulk production.
MATERIALS & CUSTOMIZATION
Before sampling, we confirm the fabric, padding, webbing, buckles, metal hardware, logo method and packaging based on the product requirements, intended use, performance needs, order quantity and material availability.
Oxford fabric, 3D air mesh, neoprene and padding are selected according to the product structure, handfeel, support, washability and intended use.
Webbing width, buckle type, D-rings, hooks and reinforcement methods are matched to the product size, expected load and required performance.
Woven labels, PVC/rubber, silicone logo labels, printing, embroidery colors and packaging are reviewed according to the artwork, order quantity and production method.
FACTORY EXPERIENCE
Our sampling and production teams work from the same confirmed product details. Materials, revisions and approved specifications stay with the project as it moves from development into bulk production.
