A physical sample allows buyers to check product structure, sizing, materials, hardware, stitching, logo placement and packaging before bulk production. It also provides a confirmed reference for production and quality inspection.

From requirement review and material confirmation to sample development, revisions and final approval, each step creates a clear reference for controlled bulk production.
We review your reference product, physical sample, drawing or tech pack, together with the material and performance targets, development budget, planned bulk quantity and launch schedule. Projects without a complete tech pack must still have clear product requirements and a realistic purchasing plan
We confirm fabrics, mesh, webbing, padding, plastic parts, buckles, D-rings, hooks, colours and packaging materials before sample development.
The first sample is made according to the confirmed structure, dimensions, materials, stitching, hardware, logo placement and packaging details.
We review fit, dimensions, workmanship, hardware, logo placement and packaging. Required changes are recorded and completed before the next review.
The revised sample and its final specifications are confirmed before bulk production, including materials, sizing, hardware, branding and packaging.
The approved sample and confirmed specifications are used as the reference for bulk production and quality inspection.
