DOG HARNESS MANUFACTURING
Idopets is a custom dog harness manufacturer in China, supplying private label and wholesale dog harnesses to pet brands and importers. For OEM and ODM projects, we work from samples, drawings or tech packs through sampling, bulk production and quality control.
Fabrics such as Oxford, 3D air mesh, neoprene, velvet, corduroy, PU leather, canvas, fleece, etc together with suitable webbing, metal D-rings and hooks, plastic buckles and adjusters. Each component is matched to the harness structure, size, pulling load, comfort and durability requirements.
We review harness shape, adjustment range, size grading, leash attachment points, edge binding and reinforcement. Stitching and bartack positions are planned around the expected pulling direction and main stress points.
Samples are checked for dimensions, fit, stitching, component placement and appearance before approval. During bulk production, material consistency, workmanship and finished measurements are controlled against the approved sample.

We confirm fabrics, mesh, webbing, padding, buckles, D-rings, leash hooks, reflective details, colors and stock options. Supplier compliance test reports are available for selected fabrics, webbing, plastic components and metal hardware. Finished-product testing can be arranged if required.
A sample is made for review of size, fit, materials, stitching, hardware, logo placement, and packaging details. Revisions are completed before final approval.
After sample approval, we confirm the final specifications, quantity, size and colour breakdown, logo and label details, packaging, pricing, lead time and shipment requirements.
Bulk production follows the approved sample and confirmed specifications, including materials, size chart, workmanship, logo position, hardware, and packing requirements.

Samples usually take about 7–15 days after the details are confirmed. Bulk production normally takes 25–45 days after sample approval, depending on the product, materials, quantity and packaging.
