Choke-Free Step-In Mesh Dog Harness Overview
This step-in mesh dog harness is designed for everyday walking and easy on-and-off use. The vest-style body combines breathable 3D air mesh with bound edges, while the back closure uses hook-and-loop fastening, a quick-release buckle and double rear D-rings.
Its straightforward construction makes this style suitable for regular production and color expansion, with options for custom branding and packaging.
Product Key Features
Step-In Vest Construction
The dog steps directly into the two leg openings before the harness is secured at the back. This avoids pulling the harness over the dog's head and keeps the wearing process simple.
Multi-Point Back Closure
The back combines hook-and-loop fastening, a POM quick-release buckle and double rear D-rings. These closure points work together to keep the two sides aligned during normal use.
Correct sizing and adjustment remain important for achieving a secure fit.
Breathable 3D Air Mesh
The main body uses soft 3D air mesh to provide airflow and a cushioned contact surface against the dog's body.
For repeat production, mesh weight, hand feel, color and stretch should be confirmed against the approved sample because these characteristics can vary between material batches.
Double Rear D-Rings
Two metal D-rings are positioned at the back leash attachment point. After the harness is closed, the rings come together for leash connection and also help keep the upper closure area aligned.
Reinforced Edge Binding
The perimeter is finished with binding to stabilize the mesh edge and control deformation around the leg and body openings.
Binding width, tension and sewing consistency are important production details. Excessive binding tension can distort a soft mesh body, while insufficient tension can leave the edge unstable.

Material: 3D air mesh + nylon edge binding + hook-and-loop fastener + POM quick-release buckle + zinc alloy D-rings
Colors: Royal blue / black shown. Stock or custom colors can be reviewed according to order quantity and material availability.
Sizes: XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL
Logo Options: Woven label, PVC/rubber logo patch, or other branding methods depending on the logo design and placement.
Packaging: Standard polybag or custom hangtags, display cards, branded polybags and retail packaging can be reviewed according to the order requirements.
MOQ: Our standard MOQ for sized products is 300 pcs per style and colour or print. The quantity can be split across 3 or more sizes, with a minimum of 50 pcs per size.

Bulk production normally takes around 25–45 days after sample approval, depending on material availability, order quantity, customization and packaging requirements.
Custom materials or hardware may require additional sourcing time or higher minimum quantities.
