Material and component choices depend on product construction, target use and price positioning. We can review fabrics, webbing, hardware, colors, branding and packaging before sampling.
Fabrics & Padding
Material options include Oxford, canvas, woven twill, polyester knit, mesh, neoprene, fleece, corduroy and microfiber leather. They can be combined with webbing, padding or lining for different comfort, durability and appearance requirements.
Webbing & Hardware
Webbing, buckles, D-rings, hooks and other components can be selected according to structure, appearance and project requirements.
Branding & Packaging
Logo methods, labels, colors and packaging can be developed for private label and OEM/ODM programs.
SAMPLING & PRODUCTION
From Sample Approval to Bulk Production
Before bulk production, we confirm the key details that affect product construction, function and appearance.
Materials, dimensions, webbing and hardware, branding methods and packaging are reviewed during sampling. Once the sample and specifications are approved, bulk production follows the confirmed details. Key specifications are recorded to support quality control and future repeat orders.
